Dream Africa Properties will assist you with all your relocation requirements.
We assist corporate clients settle their trans-located employees and families
into a new environment as efficiently and atraumtically as possible. This allows
the employee - usually a senior manager - to settle down in an unfamiliar city
much more rapidly, resulting in a more efficient and effective employee in a
shorter time. The major benefit provided to the clients is the ability of the
employee to function in their new portfolio within 48 hours plus efficient administration
of the translocation.
We will conduct a Needs Analysis (Attach Needs Analysis) to determine your requirements
in terms of relocating into South Africa.
The services related to individuals purchasing property in South Africa may

- Overview of Areas;
- General Orientation between Facilities;

- Area Tour must be representative of the whole city

- Leisure facilities
- Transportation facilities
- Shopping, food, other (market specialties)
- Government offices.
- Property Services
- Short-term Property - may include hotels, B&B's, Self-Catering style
accommodation or private accommodation.
- Long-term Property rental;
- Assisting you with finding a new home
- Investment and legal advice
- Property Management and Tenancy Management Services
- Educational Requirements:
- Dream Africa Properties will provide you with addresses, name of principal
and telephone number as appropriate of:
- Preschool
- Private tuition
- Public
- International/American
- Coordinate appointments with principals and accompany as necessary.
- Provide information on potential schools to meet child's needs/interests
(i.e. schools with concentration on athletics, academia, arts)
- Advise assignee of required forms and paperwork etc. to meet local requirements
(i.e. immunizations/certificate of residency, etc.)
- Cultural Introduction
- Provide overview of possible variations of a day from the following lists:
A. Practical:
- Consulate address
- Banking

- Medical/dental facilities
- Shopping
- Practical use of telephone
- Internet

- Safety guidelines
- Local baby-sitting/nanny agencies

- The Assignee and family will choose from above to be accompanied to their
selections. As much as possible will be accomplished within the allotted day.

elements will be provided.
