• Provide you with regular feedback on market conditions as well as commentary from potential buyers.
• Advise you of all Offers to Purchase and present these promptly
• Monitor the progress of the sale to its conclusion.

Should we fail to fulfill our above pledge, kindly record in writing our shortfall and we will consider cancellation of this Mandate
